The Calphalon Jumbo Fryer was better than expected. My wife & I had reviewed it on-line, and then selected it for its size & cover. It met all expectations and, even better, had handles that reduced the heat when holding or moving it. BEST part, this item was at least $10 less thru Amazon than the prices in 2 local department stores.

This was purchased as a gift for me after a great deal of research. It is a great frying pan. I use it all the time! It is a perfect size. It does a great job on omelets.
