"Quality Is Not Very Good" 2009-12-12
By A. So (USA)
It is non-stick alright. However, the interior coating is easily scratched but using nylon spatula. I sent mine in for a replacement. The new one I received has exactly the same problem. It leads me to believe that the whole product line has the same quality. I would recommend for a $17 14" Carbon Steel Wok from Walmart. It is non-stick when seasoned correctly. I've been using one for three months now and it is very nice. I owned at least two sets of Calphalon cookware. Both are their high end product lines. The quality is going downhill and the price remains high.

"Nice wok, but why does it scratch so easily?" 2009-10-06
By Bradley W. Babchek (Chicago, IL)
I bought this wok from Williams-Sonoma for about $100 and used it once with my plastic tongs. When I pulled it out of the dishwasher I notice some scratches on the cooking surface. I think I might take it back.
