Equipped with the "SEAR" nonstick surface, pieces go right from the oven to the cook top for gravy making! (Or the other way around, brown the roast, then put right in the oven!) Composed of three interlocking nonstick layers, the Sear surface is engineered to stand up to YEARS of daily use and dishwasher cleaning. The heavy-gauge hard-anodized aluminum pan conducts heat exceptionally well while resisting stains and scratches. This innovative cookware is made in America (Ohio) by Calphalon, which introduced the first anodized-aluminum cookware for home kitchens in 1975. Do not use: food release spray, high heat (on cook top,) or heat the pan dry.
To restore the finish of the EXTERIOR, use a non scratch pad, or sponge, and Softscrub Cleanser without Bleach. (Do not use on nonstick surface inside pan.)
Never use metal utensils or Brillo-type scrubbers on nonstick surfaces!
